To the maximum extent permitted by law, Noetro will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Our total liability under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the incident or £100, whichever is greater.
6. Disclaimers of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. 7. Termination by You

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You agree that any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in London, United Kingdom.
