How Noetro handled personal data, and what applies during service wind-down.
Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how SciveFlow LTD ("we", "us") collected, used, and retained information when you used Noetro.
Noetro is winding down. We are no longer actively developing the product or maintaining the same level of privacy, security, and compliance operations that would apply to a live service.
All usage is currently restricted. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Information we collected
When the service was available, we processed information needed to connect and operate your inbox assistant, including:
- Account information such as your name, email address, and sign-in provider details.
- OAuth tokens and permissions needed to access Gmail, Google Workspace, or Outlook on your behalf.
- Email metadata and limited message content needed to triage, label, draft, and summarize mail.
- Product usage data, settings, and support correspondence.
- Technical data such as device, browser, and log information used for reliability and security.
How we used information
We used this information only to provide Noetro's features, keep the service running, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, and improve reliability while the product was active.
We did not use your email content to train general-purpose AI models.
During wind-down, we use remaining data only as needed to operate limited access, meet legal obligations, and complete account deletion.
Storage, retention, and deletion
We did not store your full emails or attachments as a general archive. For performance, some metadata could be cached, and sensitive data was encrypted at rest while the service was maintained.
If you stop using the application, full data deletion is intended to happen automatically after 7 days of not using Noetro. Inactive accounts may also be cleared in accordance with applicable regulations.
You can revoke inbox access at any time through your Google or Microsoft account security settings. Because the service is winding down, you should not leave data in Noetro longer than necessary.
Third-party services
To sign in and operate your inbox, Noetro relied on third-party providers such as Google and Microsoft. Their privacy policies govern how they handle your account and mailbox data.
We may also have used infrastructure, analytics, and AI providers to run the product. Those providers processed data only as needed to deliver the service.
Security during wind-down
While the product was actively maintained, we took reasonable measures to protect data. Those measures are no longer being actively updated or expanded.
You should assume a higher level of risk if you continue using the service during wind-down.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing of your personal data.
To request help with access, export, or deletion, contact hello@noetro.com. We will do our best to respond, but response times may be limited during wind-down.
